We provide public safety personnel services to numerous agencies in Texas, Dr. Foreman and her staff have extensive experience in providing services to Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services.
Each candidate for a public safety position completes a battery of instruments used to assess the suitability of the applicant for the desired position.
The instruments used in these public safety evaluations ensure that the assessments are not biased, and are standardized Psychological Tests that have been normed on a sample that was selected to match the demographics of the United States based on race, gender, age, etc. The suitability of the applicant is rated on a scale of one to six.
